[Freeswitch-users] grandstream gateways quick provisioning

Does anyone know of a tool / script that can be used to quickly provision
all ports for a GXW42X device?

I am not using fusionpbx or any of those  GUI interfaces so those
provisioning endpoint tools are not options.
