Why do you use a development tree ("trunk") in production? Did it have 
some fix not available in the 1.2 branch that you needed? You do know 
that "trunk" is the development tree, may not be stable, have bugs and 
is subject to changes that may make it fall apart? Why not use the 1.2 
branch which is aimed at stability?
