[Freeswitch-users] Error in launching fs_cli

[I put the Who? in Mishehu]

I have the nagging feeling that Ashish isn't telling the whole story here...

Ashish -  what happens if you are on the machine that is running 
FreeSWITCH and you execute `telnet localhost 8021` ?  Do you see 
something like this:

# telnet localhost 8021
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
Content-Type: auth/request

If you are running with the standard configurations this should work in 
this fashion.  If you have changed the 
conf/autoload_configs/event_socket.conf.xml , then paste those 
configurations.  (If too lengthy, please post to 
http://pastebin.freeswitch.org )
