That may indeed be accurate, but I did some poking of my own on a random 
selection of 10 of the patents, and my thoughts are similar to Mike J's 
- it appears as nothing more than the shotgun approach with vaguely - at 
best - applicable patents and a whole bunch of saber rattling.  The real 
question is, who are the targets of BT, and whether there is any real 
liability for any of us.  Just like with the old SCO "linux licensing" 
scam, at the moment I'd be just as inclined to ignore threats from BT as 
I would from SCO.
