[Freeswitch-users] mod_callcenter: Agents not being added through API

Hi,
I am trying to add new agents through api commands and setting parameters
through a series of commands which are:
*api callcenter_config agent add 1005 callback*
*
*
*api callcenter_config agent set status 1005 Available*
*
*
*api callcenter_config agent set wrap_up_time 1005 10*
*
*
*api callcenter_config agent set reject_delay_time 1005 10*
*
*
*api callcenter_config agent set busy_delay_time 1005 60*
*
*
*api callcenter_config agent set max_no_answer 1005 0*
Then I run list agents command which shows:
*1005|single_box||callback|[call_timeout=10]user/1005 at 10.1.30.229
|Available|Waiting|0|10|10|60|0|0|0|0|1366866831|0|0|0|0*
*
*
But when callers call into the queue this agent does not ring. fs_cli shows
:
*Cannot create outgoing channel of type [user] cause: [USER_NOT_REGISTERED]*
*
*
Please throw some light.
