Hi Sean,
We have a few hundred of these and haven't discovered any issues with DTMF using:
<Mark_All_AVT_Packets>No</Mark_All_AVT_Packets>
<DTMF_Playback_Level>-16</DTMF_Playback_Level>
<DTMF_Playback_Length>.1</DTMF_Playback_Length>
<Inband_DTMF_Boost>12dB</Inband_DTMF_Boost>
