The Sangoma SS7 module is commercial, you need a license and it is quite
complex to configure that you'll need the GUI that comes with the license.
I don't think the SS7 library you're using is up to date, and hence the
compilation error.

If you do have a license contact Sangoma support at
http://support.sangoma.com/ please, they'll help you get you going.

If you do not care about SS7 just remove the SS7 library you installed and
re-run the configure script for freetdm and then try to compile again.
