[Freeswitch-users] deflect

Is the "deflect" application supposed to work on a gateway?
I tried deflecting an incoming call using this:

      <action application="deflect" data="sip:1408xxxxxxx@
$${default_provider_from_domain}"/>

It failed.  The default_provider_from_domain variable is sip.flowroute.com.
