[Freeswitch-users] start_tone_detect, but no event is fired

Yes, I already turned on ALL events list this:
$con->events('plain','all');

And I am watching the log as well. I have set loglevel to 9 like this:
sofia loglevel all 9

I captured IP packets with wireshark. The voice codec is G711U. And the RTP
stream of early media can be replayed by wireshark. But no event is fired.
