The legs will be bridged as soon as the B leg returns media (SIP 180/183)
or in the case of ignoring early media it bridges when receiving a SIP 200
OK. In other words, the bridge app does all the work for you.

Now, if you want the called party to press a key to acknowledge receipt of
the call then you need the 'answer confirmation' feature:
