[Freeswitch-users] SIP gateway - can't locate outgoing channel type

Awesome, thanks! Sure enough, I had "bridge" in there when I should have
had "transfer". I've updated the text and sample code for the second
edition of the book.

Thanks for reporting back - this is absolutely invaluable help when trying
to write a book. :)
