[Freeswitch-users] How to disable key ahead

Do a playback. Then, to get the digits, do the playandgetdigits or a read.
I don't recall if the DTMF gets eaten or queued.. if it's queued, do a read
for many digits and only 1ms to "eat" the queued digits.
