[Freeswitch-users] sofia_reg.c:2452 Can't find user

I suspect this user is not in your directory.  Did you try to:

define a domain called 'fsfailover.uk01.com' in your directory and add a user with the id="100" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.
