[Freeswitch-users] mod_gsmopen requires spandsp

yes, it requires libspandsp, maybe the Makefile it's not yet tweaked
to build the library automatically.

So, please first build mod_spandsp, then mod_gsmopen.

We'll fixx the Makefile soon, sorry for the inconvenience.
