[Freeswitch-users] SMS with GSMOpen not support Thai charecters encoded in utf-8

I used GSMOpen to send SMS and I got this problem. Seem like it
doesn't support Thai alphabet even I encoded as UTF-8. The empty
message was sent by the way.
