I must echo the sentiments of the other more experienced users here.

 

A couple of quick questions do come to mind though.  Is FS proxying the
media between the endpoints?  If so, is there any transcoding going on?  If
that's the case, you may want to enable late negotiation and tweak the
codecs to avoid transcoding whenever possible, that can potentially take up
a lot of system resources.
