You may want to capture the who call with media as well, just in case. I recommend one of the packet capture tools listed here: 
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Packet_Capture 

Use wireshark to analyze the call. It will show you the whole call broken down into a nice call flow graph and you can see if one side or the other sent a BYE. Usually there's a reason listed in the BYE as to why the client is hanging up. If not you can go back to the console log and look for clues there. If you need help then go ahead and put your logs into a pastebin and post the URL in this thread.
