Correct. You have "dtmf target leg" and "event target leg" - these
determine which leg on which to listen for DTMFs and on which leg the
action should take place, respectively. (Note that these are optional.)

In other words the DTMFs received on one leg could trigger an action on the
other leg. You could even have an action triggered on both legs.
