[Freeswitch-users] FS compilation errored out at building mod_cdr_pg_csv

Those 2 lines were not guarenteed to fix the problem but an example of what
the fix might look like... You'll need to adjust it for libpq-fe vs libpq
And theres probably other flags that might need to be set as well...
