[Freeswitch-users] vBilling release announcement. Version 0.1.3

The source code IS available. Please do not spread FUD. You should probably
take a look at
https://github.com/digitallinx/vBilling before posting anymore about this
really great software that a developer has graciously set into the world,
free of charge and open source.

(And, please, if you are going to rant about someone's software, get your
facts right first. Also, show some respect and don't do it on the
developer's release announcement. It's just common courtesy.)
