[Freeswitch-users] Send PAI and RPID

FYI,

A quick glance through the source suggests that PAI and RPID are mutually
exclusive - i.e. you can set one or the other but not both. I'll defer to
the experts on whether or not the SIP spec says you SHOULD or SHOULD NOT
have both headers in a single message.
