And in case you decide to use ESL, you surely can register your client to receive DTMF events and store the digit values accordingly.

it's in the xml_cdr as digits_dialed

I currently use a perl script to bridge connections accordingly, based on various database look ups. Are there any functions that could be used for this? Posibbly through ESL?
I would like to save the result string in an db.
