And if I change to the first server sip-1.netvoip.ch: 
freeswitch at internal> sofia_dig sip.netvoip.ch
Preference	    Weight	 Transport	      Port	   Address
================================================================================
         1	     0.100	       udp	      5060	62.65.137.113
         1	     0.100	       udp	      5060	62.65.137.114


everything works, so it seams to be a bug with a DNS Loadbalancing!?
