[Freeswitch-users] Only calling the first element in the list in this mode

This is because you cannot put a forked dial as the dial string for a
/user and then use that /user in another forked dial, this is a double
forked dial.
Enterprise originate (ie :_: ) solves this with multi-threaded
simultaneous originates.
