[Freeswitch-users] mod_nibblebill problem

Hi All,
when i'm calling from one user to another freeswitch user mod works
fine, but when i'm calling to external number (through gateway) billing
doesn't work:

7604504 - call is not in answered state

I don't understand what this message means.
