Thanks Cliff.  I have tried that many, many times.  Every attempt gets me an email saying someone has tried to sign up my address again.  I assume I don't have the right password.

Go to the mailman link at the bottom of every email.  Change your
preferences:

Would you like to receive list mail batched in a daily digest?  No.
