I suggest: we do everything step by step.

First: the voice mail creation and login.

for example:
press 1 for login.
Press 2 to create your onw mailbox.
  It is important that the mailbox already exists.
If the Mailbox exists, play a error wavfile for example:
Sorry this mailbox is allready exists, and go back to the creation option 
again.
