This is a Freeswitch-interface.
This chat can be setup as a sipbased Freeswitch.

Skype is proprietary and not opensource.
You can.t setup skype to a simpli root server on textbase only system.

Skype is not operable on simple text based systems.
the installation of freeswitch on skype is very difficult.
