[Freeswitch-users] how can i setup guests incoming calls?

Hi guys,
i have setup a fs. my extension is 1000
  This extension is accessible by registered users.
But unfortunately, not from outside.
I call the extension from the world:
1000 at telco01.blindi.net
The errormessage is:

I like to reach my extension 1000 from any.
