Do you have an IP address hardcoded in the profile? Is that IP address 
active on the box?

In the relevant sip_profile XML configuration:

     <param name="rtp-ip" value="10.10.17.23"/>
     <param name="sip-ip" value="10.10.17.23"/>

for example.
