If that helps.. can we get sox to easily add that 50ms at the beginning
while it converts the file..? Someone know the code for that?
Currently, the command is just "sox $file_name.wav $file_name.flac rate 16k"

That said, I've had a few good/great transcriptions, and whole bunch of
worthless ones.
