[Freeswitch-users] crash-protection documented on the wiki but no more implemented

Unfortunately libgnutls ranges from being relatively stable to just
unpredictable. As Avi did mention Tony made a few changes back in mid
November and switched dingaling to use OpenSSL instead of gnutls.
