Me too. It's 42 lines and always follows a 'say':

2012-01-07 01:53:34.468472 [DEBUG] switch_ivr_play_say.c:67 No language

I upgraded yesterday from git-9423216 2011-08-15 14-48-05 +0500 to 
git-1901a41 2012-01-06 11-17-30 -0600 and the only thing I did along the 
way was enable mod_shout which I reckon is probably irrelevant.
