[Freeswitch-users] conference.conf missing?

It means something happened to
/usr/local/freeswitch/conf/autoload_configs/conference.conf.xml, assuming
that's your path. If you did not have a customized conference.conf.xml file
then you can just copy the the file from your FS source directory under
conf/autoload_configs/
