[Freeswitch-users] regarding attendent transfer

Are you using the *4 + extension number to do an attended transfer? Also,
keep in mind that the *4 attended transfer will *only* transfer to a
registered user on the system, that is, it transfers to "user/xxxx" where
xxxx is the destination number that you dial after pressing *4.
