Your best bet would be to use pcapsipdump and manually or via script clear
out the old pcap files each day/week/month/whatever.
Also, make sure that you are rotating your FreeSWITCH log files on a
regular basis. Also, be sure to enable uuid logging in your
logfile.conf.xml file. Having the uuid of the call in the fs log file is
really helpful on a busy system.
