[Freeswitch-users] IVR docs updated - playing remote audio files

Hello,

The following documentation has been updated;
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/IVR_Menu

This now includes instructions on the different ways of playing remote
audio files as a greeting.

Both 'mod_http_cache' and 'mod_shout' have been explained in detail, with
'mod_http_cache' being recommended as the most production suitable approach.

There does appear to be a bug with 'mod_shout' in which menu events are
delayed by exactly 1 second (this is confirmed to NOT be the same problem
as http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-4924 ), however given that
mod_shout is not production worthy, I have not spent any time investigating
this.

If anyone disagrees with this update or feels it needs further
clarification, please feel free to reply.
