[Freeswitch-users] Originate against dial plan?

There are 3 things you can use:

1. 'transfer' application
2. 'execute_extension'
3. loopback endpoint (higher overhead because it creates additional
channels, which means more legs for cdrs... use unroll=true to decrease
overhead once the call is setup)

I combine transfer and variables.
