Hi Yehavi, seems your solution is the best fit for the situation. Is that possible to share your script? Maybe can posted it to Freeswitch Wiki as part of the documentation.

We have a script to find the hangup cause and send Email if the user requested it. This way I know who is looking for me while I am on the phone :-)                       __Yehavi:

Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) is the voicemail notification feature for IP phones. 

Missed call notifications are provided by the phone and not the switch.
