[Freeswitch-users] dumping all variables to freeswitch console or logs

Info application in your dialplan... If you are using the example configs as
a starting point look for the debug extension

Also if you have a call up you want to look at all the channel variables
from the fs cli

Show channels, get the UUID of the incoming let, then uuid_dump UUID will
output all the goodness to the console
