[Freeswitch-users] Send event when FS starting

The outbound socket is always related to a call, so that won't work.

If you use incoming ESL you'll see when it's up, since you're able to connect.

Is it possible to configure event_socket to send event like 'FREESWITCH has been started' on outbound client? !DSPAM:5024c59432761952819871!
