[Freeswitch-users] Help with RECOVERY_ON_TIMER_EXPIRE?

I searched the web and mailing list but nothing matched. It occurs during ringing of Bria on an iPad, when I press the notification to answer the call this error occurs intermittently. Can anyone shed some light on this? Been on this problem for months now. Thanks,
