Robbed bit signalling only denotes the state of the call (i.e ringing
or busy, etc) . I'd say you need an in-band DTMF detector for this to
work. mod_spandsp already provides this functionality of what you're
looking for. The same goes for the opposite when you are calling from
SIP-> TDM (meaning you have to have a way to generate in-band DTMF
tones from the RFC 2833 signals).
