Maybe yes, maybe not. Can be differences in firmware, or whatever.
Testing them all will tell us.

Also, I forgot to add, be sure the dongle has the "voice" capability
unlocked, or unlock it with dc-unlocker ( http://www.dc-unlocker.com/
).
