[Freeswitch-users] Making changes to fifo.conf.xml requires restarting FS?

I noticed that making changes to fifo.conf.xml requires FS to be restarted, and reloadxml command doesn't seem to reload fifo.conf.xml.
Am I missing something? Thanks.
