Thank you, it ended up being that I needed to use a gateway versus 
/sofia/external/xxxx at url, this format will dial a call, but not put in clid 
etc.
So I tried your format with the gateway and it works perfectly.

Use variable origination_caller_id_number. Check out this example:

I have tried various variables using the originate command in fs_cli and
I cannot get the ani and name to be sent, it populates the cid_num with
'0000000000'.  Anybody have any ideas that could help me with this.
