Madovsky,

I think the conf params you sent in created the moderator PIN:

2011-10-14 11:28:15.534653 [*DEBUG*] *switch_ivr*.*c*:577 *sofia*/*internal*
/123456789@*kiki*.*hehe* *Command* *Execute**conference*(*conf_123456789*@*
default*+2222+*flags*{*moderator*,*endconf*})

You say +2222 which sets the PIN and you set +flags{moderator} which means
this caller is the moderator if he/she auth's with the PIN you specified...
