[Freeswitch-users] Freeswitch equilavent to Asterisk BackgroundDetect

The closest thing we have is play_and_get_digits. Now, if you're trying to
do answering machine detection there is a commercial module (mod_amd)
available from consulting at freeswitch.org. It is very reasonably priced.
