Ben,

  If your endpoints support STUN and everything works correctly you
won't need an RTP proxy or anything else (you're using near end NAT
traversal).  If you absolutely cannot disable bypass_media mode an RTP
proxy is out of the question.  However - there is a mode of TURN/ICE
that effectively is an RTP proxy...

  Clear as mud, right?
