[Freeswitch-users] Adding new MOH stream - isn't reloadxml enough to make it effective?

See the other commands provided by mod_local_stream:
start_local_stream <local_stream_name> [<path>] [<rate>] [<shuffle>]
[<prebuf>] [<channels>] [<interval>] [<timer_name>]
stop_local_stream <local_stream_name>
